The Classic Roast begins with Fair-Trade Certified Organic Arabica beans grown in the highlands of Sumatra. All of the Healthy bean coffes are shade grown, offering a low acidity and a smooth finish. The Classic Roast is considered our “breakfast” blend, containing a higher caffeine content and a milder flavor.
