The Italian Roast begins with Fair-Trade Certified Organic Arabica beans grown in the highlands of Sumatra. All of the Healthy bean coffes are shade grown, offering a low acidity and a smooth finish despite the darkness of the roast. The Italian Roast is a medium-dark roast that provides a full-bodied, velvety flavor. The Italian Roast is similar to the French Roast, but with the Italian you’ll taste more of bean’s natural flavor and a little less of the roast.
